Our Dallas event space can accommodate birthday celebrations, bridal showers, networking events, corporate gatherings, workshops, brand activations, launch parties, private dinners, content events, wellness classes and other intimate experiences.

Yes. Auréa House can be rented as a Dallas photo and video studio for branding sessions, fashion shoots, product photography, interviews, social media content and commercial productions. Studio bookings require a two-hour minimum.

Yes. Our podcast studio is available for audio and video podcast recordings, interviews and other recorded content. Equipment availability and production assistance may vary, so please review the selected package or contact us before booking.

Capacity depends on the event format, furniture layout and planned activities. Seated dinners, workshops, standing receptions and production setups each use the space differently. Share your expected guest count with our team so we can recommend an appropriate layout.

A selection of furniture and studio pieces is available for use, depending on your package. Additional tables, chairs, specialty furniture and décor can be arranged separately when needed.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for evenings, weekends and larger events. Dates are reserved only after the required agreement and payment have been completed.

Yes. Tours are available by appointment. Please contact our team to schedule a walkthrough and discuss your event, production or studio needs.

Your rental includes private use of the reserved areas during your contracted time. Available furniture, seating, studio features and optional add-ons depend on the package selected. Your booking time must include setup, vendor arrival, the event itself and cleanup.

Select your service, preferred date and rental duration through our website. After choosing your package and add-ons, you will complete the agreement and required payment. Your reservation is confirmed once all required booking steps have been completed.

Yes. Clients may generally bring their preferred caterers, bartenders, decorators, photographers and other vendors. Vendors must follow Auréa House policies, building requirements and the access times listed in your agreement.

Outside food and nonalcoholic beverages are permitted. Alcohol service must follow all applicable Texas laws and Auréa House requirements. Depending on the event, a professional bartender, appropriate permits or proof of insurance is required.

Yes. Freestanding décor, signage, backdrops and approved installations are welcome. Décor cannot damage the walls, floors, furniture or fixtures. Confetti, glitter, open flames and permanent adhesives are prohibited.

Setup and cleanup must take place within your reserved rental period unless additional time has been purchased. We recommend allowing enough time before and after your event for vendor setup, breakdown and removal of personal items.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are provided in your rental agreement. Policies may vary based on the booking type and how close the requested change is to the reservation date.

A refundable security deposit or card authorization may be required for certain bookings. Any applicable amount and release terms will be included in your proposal or rental agreement.

Event insurance may be required depending on the size, activities, vendors and alcohol service involved in your event. Our team will confirm any insurance requirements before your booking is finalized.

Yes. Auréa House welcomes brand activations, product launches, influencer events, pop-ups, corporate gatherings, content productions and community experiences. Custom packages may be available for brands needing extended access, recurring bookings or production support.
